Accepted concessionary bus passes: ENCTS (English National Concessionary Travel Scheme).
English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) passes are accepted on Bluestar 14, but with time restrictions. For Southampton older persons' passes, travel is valid between 09:00 and 23:59 Monday to Friday (any time at weekends) if the journey starts within the Southampton City area. For journeys outside Southampton, these passes are valid from 09:30 until 23:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and Bank Holidays. Hampshire County Council older persons' bus passes are valid on buses in Hampshire between 09:30 and 23:00 Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays. All other English council passes can be used from 09:30 to 23:00 Monday to Friday and all day weekends and public holidays. Disability bus passes for Hampshire residents are valid all day, every day for journeys starting within Hampshire (excluding Southampton). Disabled persons' Southampton bus passes can be used between 09:00 to 23:59 Monday to Friday, and all day weekends and public holidays.
