English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) passes are accepted on Bluestar 15. For Southampton older persons passes, travel is valid between 09:00 and 23:59 Monday to Friday (anytime weekends) for journeys starting within the Southampton City area. For travel outside Southampton with a Southampton older persons pass, it is valid from 09:30 to 23:00 Monday to Friday and all day weekends and Bank Holidays. Hampshire County Council older persons bus passes are valid on buses in Hampshire between 09:30 and 23:00 Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays. Disabled bus passes issued by Hampshire County Council are valid all day, everyday for journeys starting within Hampshire (excluding Southampton). Disabled bus passes issued by Southampton City Council can be used between 09:00 to 23:59 Monday to Friday, and all day weekends and public holidays. Generally, ENCTS passes allow free off-peak travel on local buses everywhere in England from 09:30 until 23:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and bank holidays.
