ENCTS (English National Concessionary Travel Scheme) passes are accepted on D&G Bus services, including Route 18. Travel is free between 9:30 AM and 11:00 PM on weekdays, and all day at weekends and on bank holidays. Eligibility for these passes is for those who have reached state pension age and eligible disabled residents. Some local authorities may offer additional discretionary concessions, but these generally apply only within the local authority's area.
