Concessions & free bus passes
Southampton to Salisbury does not accept concessionary bus passes.
You can not use your concessionary bus pass to travel on Southampton to Salisbury. There are other great value tickets available for you.
Concessionary travel passes such as the ENCTS (English National Concessionary Travel Scheme) bus pass, Welsh concessionary bus pass, Scotland National Entitlement Card, Northern Irish 60+ SmartPass, Northern Irish 65+ Senior SmartPass, and London Freedom Pass are generally not valid for travel on the Southampton to Salisbury railway line operated by South Western Railway. Welsh concessionary passes are not valid for travel in England. Scottish National Entitlement Cards are primarily for use within Scotland. Northern Irish SmartPasses are explicitly not valid when travelling in Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales, or the Channel Islands). The London Freedom Pass is only valid on South Western Railway services within the London Fare Zones after 09:30 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and all day on weekends, which does not cover the Southampton to Salisbury route. This route is entirely outside the London Fare Zones.
