English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) passes are valid for free travel on local bus services anywhere in England between 09:30 and 23:00 on weekdays and anytime during weekends and bank holidays. Welsh concessionary bus passes (called a concessionary travel pass or cerdyn teithio rhatach) are also accepted on most Stagecoach buses in Wales. The National Entitlement Card scheme in Scotland provides free travel on registered local and long-distance bus services throughout Scotland, at any time of day for those aged 60 and over, as well as for eligible disabled people who live in Scotland.
