Thames River Boats, which operate cruises between Westminster, Kew, Richmond, and Hampton Court, are currently closed for winter maintenance. The service typically runs from Spring through to Autumn, generally between April and October.

Their 2025 season has concluded, and they anticipate resuming regular sailings around Easter 2026.

Concessions & free bus passes

Thames River Boat does not accept concessionary bus passes.

Accepted concessionary bus passes: London Freedom pass.

Freedom Pass holders (including Disabled Person's Freedom Pass and Older Person's Freedom Pass) and 60+ London Oyster photocard holders receive a 50% discount on adult fares for Thames River Boat services. This discount is available on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers services and other Thames River Boat services operating routes like Westminster to Hampton Court. Veterans Oyster photocard and HM Armed Forces Veteran Card holders also receive a 50% discount on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers fares. Regional bus passes, such as the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) passes issued outside London, are not eligible for discounts on Uber Boat by Thames Clippers services.
