Yes, passengers can take non-folding bicycles on the Windrush line outside of peak hours, which are Monday to Friday from 07:30-09:30 and 16:00-19:00. Folded bicycles are permitted at any time. As of March 31, 2025, non-folding e-bikes are not allowed on the London Overground due to fire risks associated with their batteries.
