Built in the Palladian style, Holkham Hall is one of the most spectacular stately homes in England. Its vast entrance hall, with towering columns and alabaster panelling, is one of the finest examples of its type, taking its inspiration from the wonders of classical Rome.
Within its grounds is a lake with a wonderful nature trail and a herd of fallow deer. There is also a great shop and café if a gift or refreshments are needed.
