You cannot book a specific seat or crossing time on the Cowes Floating Bridge. It operates as a continuous service, and you simply turn up at the slipway to board. Tickets for vehicles can be purchased at the fixed ticket machines located adjacent to the slipways or conveniently via the Quick Ticket mobile web app. Foot passengers and cyclists travel for free.
Concessionary passes are accepted on Cowes floating bridge.
Accepted concessionary bus passes: ENCTS (English National Concessionary Travel Scheme).
English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) passes are accepted for disabled users on the Cowes floating bridge. Islander Cards, issued to Isle of Wight residents with severe and enduring mental health problems, are also accepted for free travel as foot passengers.
