Accessibility & on-board features

Passengers can take bikes on St Ives Bay Line services, which use smaller local trains. Great Western Railway (GWR) generally allows a maximum of two bicycles per train, on a first-come, first-served basis, and at the discretion of the train manager. Folding bikes with a maximum 20-inch wheel can be carried on any train at any time, provided they are folded before boarding. E-bikes are permitted if they comply with GWR's guidance, but cannot be charged on trains or at stations.
