English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) passes are accepted for free travel on Southern Vectis bus services, including route 32, between 9:30 AM and 11:00 PM Monday to Friday, and at any time on weekends and bank holidays. Island Residents holding an English National Disabled Pass or an Isle of Wight Council Gold or Silver New Islander Card may also travel free at peak times on any day on network buses. Concessionary bus passes issued in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland are not accepted. Concessionary bus passes are not valid for free travel on Island Breezer Buses (Downs and Needles Breezer, Island Coaster, and Shanklin Shuttle buses).
