The River Bus RB6 service operates daily, seven days a week, from early in the morning until late at night. Services typically run approximately every 30 minutes, with an hourly off-peak daytime service offered on weekdays for piers located in the western part of the route, including Putney, Wandsworth Riverside Quarter, and Chelsea Harbour.

Passengers can bring bikes on board the River Bus RB6 route at no extra cost.
