The Weaver line is a London Overground rail service operated by Transport for London (TfL).. The London Freedom Pass (Older Person's and Disabled Person's) is valid for travel on this line. Older Person's Freedom Pass holders can travel free on weekdays, except between 04:30 and 09:00, and anytime at weekends and on bank holidays. Disabled Person's Freedom Pass holders can travel free at any time.. English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (ENCTS) passes issued by councils outside of London are generally not valid for free travel on London Overground rail services, though they are accepted on London buses with time restrictions.. Concessionary travel passes from Wales, Scotland (National Entitlement Card), and Northern Ireland (SmartPass) are not valid for travel on Transport for London's London Overground services.
