Folding bicycles are permitted on the Victoria Line at any time. However, non-folding bicycles are not allowed on the Victoria Line at any time, as it is a deep-level Tube line. This policy is due to safety concerns related to the deep tunnels and the need to maintain safe and easy travel for all passengers.
