Booking a specific seat on the allestree bus service is not possible. This is a local bus route where you simply turn up at any stop, board the bus, and pay for your journey. You can pay using contactless card or device, cash, or the trentbarton mango app for convenient and capped travel.

Concessions & free bus passes

Concessionary passes are accepted on the allestree.

Accepted concessionary bus passes: ENCTS (English National Concessionary Travel Scheme).

Concessionary passes are accepted on 'the allestree' route, as Trentbarton accepts them on all its services except for the 'red arrow' route. These passes are generally valid for free travel between 9:30 am and 11 pm on Monday to Friday, and all day on weekends and Bank Holidays. Eligibility for an older person's bus pass is from State Pension age (currently 66), or for disabled individuals.
